Why these cities

Tier-2 cities, not metros.

Our expansion choices follow three principles. Each one trades off against the others — and we picked these tradeoffs deliberately.

Partner-density over visibility.

Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru have more visibility but also more competing charities. Tier-2 cities have less competition for partner attention and faster setup.

Existing infrastructure over greenfield.

We only enter cities where there's already a dental college or established Rotary club. We borrow their reach instead of building it.

Reach-per-dollar over flag-planting.

We could be in 20 cities with one school each. We prefer three districts with multiple schools each. Density beats breadth at launch.

FCRA-compliant partners always.

India's Foreign Contribution Regulation Act is strict. We only work with partners who hold valid FCRA registration. This is non-negotiable.

Coming next

Where we're evaluating next.

Three candidate cities under partner-feasibility evaluation. Decisions published in an upcoming quarterly report.

Evaluating

Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Multiple dental colleges plus strong Rotary district presence. Conversations with two potential primary partners underway.

Evaluating

Mysuru, Karnataka

Established dental college, strong NGO infrastructure, growing diaspora donor interest in Karnataka outreach.

2027 · Considering

Nepal expansion

First non-India geography. Kathmandu Valley schools through partner NGO relationships. Subject to legal/operational diligence.

Want us in your city?

Run a dental or medical college, a Rotary club, or an NGO? Let's talk.

If you operate in India and can serve as a primary partner, our partner pipeline is open. We're particularly interested in tier-2 cities currently underserved by dental and medical programs for children.
