Smile Supply Foundation exists because the gap between what's possible in dental care and what's actually delivered to the world's poorest children is wider than it has any right to be — and the only thing missing is the distribution.

I'm a pre-dental student at Texas A&M, class of 2029. I've spent my whole life moving between two worlds — the dental clinics of suburban Texas, where my friends complain about retainers, and the village in Gujarat my family is from, where most of the kids I grew up visiting will never see a dentist before they lose teeth.
The gap between those worlds bothered me for years. It's not a knowledge gap. Dentists in India know what to do. It's not a willingness gap. Most kids want healthy teeth. It's a distribution gap. The supplies, the curriculum, the audit infrastructure — the things that would let a dental hygiene habit reach a child in rural Gujarat with the same reliability it reaches a child in Cedar Park — those don't exist.
So we're building them. Not another charity. A distribution system that happens to be a charity.
