A charity's claim is only as good as its verification protocol. Below is the document partners follow for every distribution event. No event without all four steps. No exceptions.

Partner submits event details 7 days before: school name, address, expected headcount, date, delivery dental student.
Field documentation
Five photos required: wide classroom shot, kit distribution, curriculum delivery, school exterior, teacher with kits. Geo-tagged.
Principal signoff
One-page receipt signed by the school principal confirming headcount, date, and event delivery. Filed and archived.
Random sample verification
10% of events selected randomly each quarter for independent verification visit by a non-affiliated party within 30 days.
